How inspiring!
by Susan
(Boston)
I am a 54 year old runner and sometimes get discouraged in my training. This article got me feeling very inspired and excited. I want to thank Angie for sharing her love of running. Many women in their 50s quit because of the "changes" the body starts to experience and because of the self image problems associated with aging.
It was wonderful and encouraging to see her love of exercise and fitness. Her energy and devotion show that it's ok to do what you love and that you can be great at what you do at any age. We should never let age define us.
