My daughter also did her first triathlon this summer and she loved it. I was so proud of her and she was so proud of herself. Everyone thinks the kids series is an amazing event and we are all grateful to you for putting it together! Job well done!!

Great Story!

What a great story about a female runner, taking what running has given her, and sharing it with other women! Anyone remember the all-female Avon 10K races? I did one of them about 8 years ago. As a teacher, I love the non-competitive events for kids too. And she's Canadian! I've signed up for her email updates and hope to volunteer at some of her races this year. (If I wasn't a sprinter, I'd run them too.) Carmel, you find the most interesting people to write about! Keep up the great work in 2010!
