Yep, She's Amazing

Yes, Suzi is amazing! She has been my inspiration for, oh, at least ten years. She introduced me to Masters Track racing in 1998. We've traveled to a lot of races together, as far north as Kamloops and as far south as Carlsbad. We flew to Oshkosh this summer for the National Championships. Oh, yes, she has LOTS of interesting stories and she is just amazing on the track. She's like NO 75 year old I've ever met. I agree with Joanna: Masters Track & Field is such a great "place" to meet some really amazing people!

Oh my, I am really embarrassed! I MUST remember NOT to dominate conversations. My mom was a champion conversationalist but I think she was not only more charming than I, she was also better looking.
She and my dad were my inspiration. They were never "too old" for anything. They had a very rich, active, full life, leaving it within six months of each other at age 87.
Joanna and Watson, we loved having you visit. Come again! And Ken Stone! Get some better pix of me, some without wiping my nose or without my "game face' on!
