An Argentine friend of mine started running at the age of 51. Now at 60 he enters marathons all over the world including the Sahara and Kalahari Deserts, Russia, China, Finland...everywhere. He said something I consider very significant. He said, "I've replaced Standard Of Living with Quality Of Life."
